Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to provide hassle-free service, but if you need to cancel or request a refund, please read our policy below:

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement without any charges.
  • After 1 hour, pickup arrangements may already be in process, and cancellations may not be possible.

Refund Policy:

  • If your order is canceled within the allowed window, any prepaid amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
  • If there’s a service-related issue (damage or loss), we will assess the situation and, if valid, compensate up to a maximum of 5 times the service charge for that garment or item.

Pickup Failures:

  • If we fail to pick up your order at the scheduled time, you can reschedule or cancel at no cost.

Delivery Issues:

  • In case of delays or issues with delivery, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
